PC Support Specialist
The PC Support Specialist diploma program is designed to equip Ohio Business College graduates with the necessary skills to provide technical assistance, support and advice regarding hardware, software and computer issues. Classroom instruction prepares students to provide day-to-day support for an employer’s local area network, wide area network, Internet or intranet systems, as well as the maintenance of network servers. Graduates are prepared for entry-level careers such as computer security specialists, computer support specialists, systems administrators and computer systems analysts.
