OBC EXPANDS TO COLUMBUS
Columbus, OH: Ohio Business College will be hosting an Open House at their new location in Columbus from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2009. The campus is located at 1880 E. Dublin-Granville Road, just east of I-71 near Sharonwoods Boulevard.
During the Open House, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the school and speak to staff and faculty about program offerings, financial aid, student services and career placement assistance. There will be prizes and plenty of good food available. Sunny 94.7 FM will also be on site providing entertainment from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
According to School Director, Angelique Walker, “the Open House is an excellent way for individuals and their families to learn about the associate degrees and diploma programs offered by Ohio Business College. Our friendly staff and faculty will provide answers to everyone’s questions during this informal evening.”
Originally established in 1903 as Lorain Business College, OBC has been offering affordable, high-quality adult education at two other campuses in Sandusky and Sheffield Village, Ohio. The Columbus campus currently offers Associate Degrees in Legal Assistant, Business Administration, Medical Administrative Assistant and Information Technology Office Support. Diploma programs are offered in Medical Assisting and Dental Assisting. The Columbus campus is currently enrolling for the summer quarter with classes beginning in June and July.
Ohio Business College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools and is authorized to grant Occupational Associate degrees in Applied Business by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools.
