OGLESBY AWARDED CAREER PLACEMENT DIRECTOR FOR 2009

Sandusky, OH: The Sandusky campus of Ohio Business College is proud to announce that Tarina Oglesby has been awarded “Outstanding Placement Director” by the Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools (OACCS). Oglesby was honored with this prestigious award on November 6, 2009 while attending the annual OACCS Teacher Placement Workshop in Columbus. Oglesby was chosen by the OACCS over all nominations received by its 282 member institutions.

Tarina Oglesby has been with Ohio Business College as the Career Placement Director since 2007 but has shown remarkable strides in improving annual placement rates and the rapport with area businesses. School Director, Theresa Fisher, states that “Tarina is not only an asset to Ohio Business College; she is also instrumental in the successful placement of our graduates in careers that they love!”

OACCS is a statewide association with voluntary membership for proprietary, postsecondary private career colleges and schools. It is dedicated to bringing about improved excellence in career education in Ohio through encouraging high standards of program quality in member institutions. Over the past 25 years, the Association has been successfully offering seminars and workshops to the staff, faculty and administrators of career colleges and schools.
