Externships
All Associate degree majors are required to fulfill a one-quarter externship prior to graduation. An externship is an off-site assignment at a business that correlates with a student's specific Associate degree. For example, OBC works with companies to offer everything from office support externships to medical coding externships. Students gain immeasurable opportunities to apply their new skills to work at actual career sites with combined supervision and evaluation by both Ohio Business College and the cooperating local business.
